We conduct a comprehensive '3 tiered interview process' covering a 14
point recruiting process. We alleviate your busy day from the tedious
hiring process by providing a full-service hire. Our searches are
conducted nationally, so that we can assure you are speaking with the
BEST AVAILABLE candidates.
Step 1:
1. Create Job Description(s)
2. Provide Salary Recommendations
3. Market and Distribute job description(s) to industry contacts
(national, and international)
4. Position(s) posted on www.sportshiring.com
5. Direct contact with sport professionals for recommendations and
references
6. E-mail blasts to over 12,000 sport minded professionals
7. Receive all resumes, screen (on qualifications and expertise), and
arrange preliminary interviews
Step 2:
8. Conduct interviews with top candidates (interviews are specific and
targeted to team/association needs)
9. Create interview reports for each candidate
10. Provide recommendations
Step 3: Team Involvement
11. 2nd interview with 'short listed' top applicants (Usually works best
when team/association gets involved)
12. Reference Checks (completed on all levels, additional reference
checks as requested i.e. Criminal Background checks)
13. Arrange face-face interview between team and applicants (if
necessary)
14. Final compensation and offer(s) discussion/recommendation
Double-Guarantee:
We offer the industries only double-guarantee service.
(a) We first guarantee that the search remains open until the candidate
is hired. While the vast majority of searches are conducted within 10 to
60 days, we will stay with the search until final hiring takes place.
(b) If you hire a candidate and are not satisfied, or that candidate
resigns in the first 30 days, we will re conduct the search at no
charge.
Fee:
We only charge 5% of the candidate's first year salary
