5. Direct contact with sport professionals for recommendations and references
6. E-mail blasts to over 16,000 sport minded professionals
7. Receive all resumes, screen (on qualifications and expertise), and arrange preliminary interviews .
Step 2:
8. Conduct interviews with top candidates (interviews are specific and targeted to team/association needs)
9. Create interview reports for each candidate
10. Provide recommendations.
Step 3 Team Involvement:
11. 2nd interview with 'short listed' top applicants (Usually works best when team/association gets involved)
12. Reference Checks (completed on all levels, additional reference checks as requested i.e. Criminal Background checks)
13. Arrange face-face interview between team and applicants (if necessary)
14. Final compensation and offer(s) discussion/recommendation.
